My Services
Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic Medicine focuses on identifying the underlying causes of illness and facilitates the body's powerful, innate ability to heal itself. Utilising a holistic approach that integrates both traditional wisdom and evidence-based science, naturopathy provides root cause care. That means we don't just treat symptoms; we investigate the whole person - mind, body and spirit – creating completely individualised treatment plans that incorporates clinical nutrition, herbal medicine, and lifestyle changes to restore long-term balance and optimal health. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to be your own health advocate, ensuring sustainable wellness long after your treatment plan is complete.
Our Services
-
The initial consultation allows us to explore your main health concern in detail, along with the contributing factors. It includes a review of any recent test results and current supplementation regimes. Treatment options will be discussed and any relevant testing recommendations made. You will receive a comprehensive, personalised treatment plan via email following your consultation, along with any herb and supplement prescriptions that are easily accessed online and delivered directly to you. A standard initial consultation goes for 60 minutes, however, if you feel you have a particularly complex health history, you might like to book an extended initial consultation at 90 minutes duration.
-
In a return consultation we continue to develop the holistic understanding of your case. Additional test results will be reviewed, and we will monitor your progress as we continue to implement your treatment plan. Continuing education and support are essential in building health literacy and self-efficacy, ensuring you have the confidence and knowledge needed to maintain lasting change. Your treatment plan and prescription will be updated as needed. A standard return consultation is 30 minutes in length, however if we have a lot to discuss a 45 minute option is also available.
-
A short consultation is an opportunity for existing patients to get support for a single, sudden onset issue like a cold or flu, digestive upset, period pain, or insomnia. Nutritional supplementation or a herbal remedy may be prescribed, however, no detailed treatment plan will be provided. Alternatively, a short consultation can be used to provide medication updates or request a prescription repeat.

Yes, naturopathy is a complimentary therapy, and the best results are often experienced when combined with conventional medical treatments. Your health and wellbeing is my first priority, and I find the best outcomes are achieved when the expertise of multiple providers are integrated in a holistic way. I welcome a collaborative approach, and am happy to work with your other health practitioners.
-
My treatment modalities include herbal medicine, nutritional supplementation, diet modification and lifestyle recommendation. If I feel other treatments are warranted I may refer you to other qualified healthcare practitioners.

Not all of them. Unfortunately, naturopathy is an unregulated profession in Australia meaning that anyone can use the title of ‘Naturopath’. When choosing a naturopath it’s important to ensure that they have completed a Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) in Naturopathy which is a 4 year science degree. I have completed a BHSc(Nat) in addition to two other science degrees. I am also registered with the Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia (Member #160122), and have undertaken additional training to ensure I provide you with the best quality care.

Unfortunately naturopathy is not covered by Medicare, however, in 2025 the Australian federal government announced that naturopathy was eligible for private health insurance rebates. Whilst rebates are not yet available, I expect more news on this in early 2026. If you’d like to stay up-to-date, subscribe to my newsletter to be the first to know when the announcement is made.
